-Experience working with young students; Prefer Bachelor's degree in English but University students will be considered based on merit, attitude, English skills and experience. 

-Those who have work experience with 2+ years old children are especially encouraged to apply.

-Other skills related to being a high value-added assistant teacher will be an advantage.
